What Does God Say About You?

Please substitute ‘Dear Reader’ with your own name, and declare these truths over yourself this day. I hope they give you strength, courage, peace and joy as you fill your heart with His beautiful words.

Dear Reader, you are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. (Matthew 5:14-15)

For you, dear Reader are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that you should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)

Therefore, since you, dear Reader, are in Christ, you are a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Dear Reader, the Lord God gives you the right words to encourage the weary. Each morning He awakens you, and you are eager to learn His teaching. He made you willing to listen and not rebel or run away. (Isaiah 50:4-5)

For God so loved you, dear Reader, that He gave His only begotten Son, that since you, dear Reader believe in Him, you shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

If God is for you, dear Reader, who can be against you? (Romans 8:31)

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate you, dear Reader from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)
